Returns & ExchangesAll orders are guaranteed to be 100% free of defects in workmanship and materials, however you may return the order for a full refund by following our returns policy below.
We are happy to refund any returned non-personalised items for a period of up to 14 days after the order date. Unfortunately, personalised items can only be returned for a refund if there is a fault with the item or due to an error caused by Your Personalised Candles.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and any shortages or defects or problems with the order must be notified to Your Personalised Candles within 10 days. In the event of an error on the part of Your Personalised Candles we are happy to exchange the order without charge and refund any return postage costs involved in the return of the order. In circumstances where we are not at fault for a return, no returned goods will be accepted without prior authorisation from Your Personalised Candles.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
